Dallas Arboretum

Elle and I went to the Arboretum yesterday with Candace, Miles and baby Charlie. The kids did lots of running around and loved looking at the fish in the Koi pond. Later in the morning, my sweet friend Mariana met us up there with her two girls (Isabella and Anna) and some friends from Lantana. It was wonderful to catch up with her and see her sweet sweet girls. Wish I had some pictures of them as well :(
We have had lots going on lately! We moved to a rental house on Friday. We will be here at least a year. We planned on moving into our latest remodel but we sold it before that happened. Not a bad thing!! We decided to try for a house on the other side of town this time. Miles' parents and all of my play group friends live on the east side. We found a funky, fun house with a pool. We are looking forward to a fun summer here. I worry about Elle and the pool but we are in swim lessons and she is doing great. She will never be outside without me...that is the new rule :)
Miss Elle also just got her first hair cut. I had tried to take her to a kiddie salon before and she would not have it. She did great this time! We decided on a cute "bob cut" and it is just precious on her! She looks at her self all of the time in the mirror and admires her new do.
